Controversial subject. Personally recommend stretch every day using much of the advice above. Jaguars stretch - good enough for me.

Scrub incline walk. Replace with fartlek session - increase or decrease speed every couple of mins. Doesn't have to be too fast - great for strength and speed. Join a local club? Enjoy.

Enter one. Don't worry. Use your normal shoes which will get v heavy in mud.
Expect to get very wet and muddy. Enjoy doing so - go steady and have fun.
