Evening all.
It was nice to meet you and the family Panad and glad you enjoyed.
Brer - I am certainly back on my feet, training feels as if it has started, clocking the miles round the Pantri. lol Congratulations on the Bronze medal.
Jason d - Snow stayed on the mountains, hardly had anything on the lower grounds, but have never seen so much snow on the hills.

Evening all.
Not been on for a while as is the case these days.I am over in the USA having well deserved break, but flying back tomorrow 
My cafe was flooded before xmas as was most of the village, we were absolutely gutted as we had put everything we had into the business. Work is ongoing and hopefully we will be open just before easter.
Running has taken a back seat but we are working on getting some cover in for the new season so I can get some miles in!!

Afternoon all,
Thank you everyone for the messages. We were indeed flooded. Our lovely oak flooring has had it but thankfully everything else was saved, as far as I know anyway. Insurance assessor coming out tomorrow so can see us being closed for another week at least. Nothing much I can do until the assessor has been, very frustrating.
Could go running I suppose but with water nearly everywhere on my preferred running routes, that is not a very good idea either.

Evening all,
Photo posted by John Bach was me "working hard" in our cafe the evening before this year's race, it was on the welsh news on S4C where they came there to interview some of the local runners. That is as close as I will ever come to the cup.
Lots going on already on the new forum.
No runs for me last 2 weeks due to a stinking cold. Hoping to get out there again on Monday.

Training has started. Gentle 3 mile run tonight.
Nice to see Brer at the Pantri today. Reydon Rover called for lunch yesterday as well.
