Thanks everyone for the emails and texts you've been sending me - they helped more than you realise. Things are getting better here, still a long way to go. Bad days still outnumber the good depression-wise, but I'm keeping on keeping on... And no more running for me - I had my bad knee seen to, and xrays and an MRI showed that I have arthritis in that knee. Gentle cycling (no hills, so lucky I live in Norfolk) and swimming for me !
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for all your support xx | |
