I'm taking part in my first 5k charity run in December. I currently weigh 18 and a half stone. I've dropped 5 stone since June, so there's a bit less of me to cart around than before. I'm doing the Couch to 5k programme for the next 8-10 weeks.
I've got my asics trainers and I'll be buying some waterproofs this week. I'm going to let potential sponsors know about my shenanigans in the next few weeks.
