Hi Gerry
I hope to run this one also, it would be my first time running this one. I had planed to run this last year but was doged by injury.
As i have only just started back training and gym work, i will be around the hour mark or just over so i'm more than happy to run with you if all gose well.
I also do not belong to a running club, as i work night so that puts a stop to that, at this time....
My best time for a 10k was 2years ago 67mins, since then i have had no luck due to injury.

Hi Rowan
It dose not matter how long it takes to run this, everyone will be behind you cheering you on.
Anyway if I'm able to run I will be around that time also,as I have not able to train since I ran in May.

Hi Alfie, How you doing.
I have not run since May hurt my back at work and only now been able to start back at the gym.
Fitting the weight also so apart from that life is good...
