I have just completed 18 miles in line with my training schedule and this has left me sore in some delicate places. This includes the inside of my groin and at the top of my arms where they have caught my tee shirt. I had a dettol bath....stinglypingly!!...anyone got any other suggestions or tips for the day?
After reading all of your replies I have invested in some EyeQ from Boots. At present they are doing three for the price of 2 which makes it more affordable. My daughter loves it and has begun to forgive me for her cod liver oul episodes!!
I have found the cheapest and most reliable way to get the omega three oils into my daughter is in the form of pure codliver oil. I mix this with a small amount of fresh orange to make it palatable. Most high street chemists and health food outlets have this in stock.
I am due to give birth in May, having had what is proving to be an exhausting pregnancy. I had to give up running before Christmas due to total exhaustion. I have a place in the FLM in 2005 and will therefore need to/ will want to/ get out again as soon as possible. Has anyone got any opinions/knowledge of this area. When I ask the medics and midwife all I seem to get is the response most of us would make to a Martian asking about under water ballet dancing!!
