Happy New Year all. Have been very good with running/training and having a 'dry' January with Mrs Gimp tp help us both lose some excess blubber.
As well as the Paris Marathon in April, I have a 102 mile bike ride in May and a triathlon in June - nothing like a bit of pressure to sharpen the mind and training.
Sounds like everyone is well on with their running......must catch up!
Slow run yesterday, feel like crap - Mrs RG has given me her lurgy and to top it all off she had to get up early to drive 'up north', so I had to get up too
Have hit the Beechams to ward it off and 'man up', a long slow run tonight followed by a jacuzzi in the gym.
Away in Leeds this weekend, shall I take the running shoes or just have a couple of days off?
