Thanks - sounds simple. While I am sitting comfortably in a chair.... My garmin should help - I've never done more than 3 laps of anything, so counting might be a challenge
Curious about how this feel as my first proper run after TP100 - feel pretty well recovered though.
A guy did the Thames Path 100 in that shirt, which can't have been long after he got it.... Mine hasn't been worn yet so may need an airing. It is a bit LOUD ... !
I'm just hoping I can shed the multiple layers of skin I killed on the Thames Path before it starts. And I'm not sure I can count to 17... How does this band thing work ?
