I have been injured since February and have been unable to run. The MRI result today is Patellofemoral Arthritis Anybody else out there running with this condition? Can anybody advise on strategies for coping with it whilst continuing to run?

Sorry to barge in here, but can anybody recommend any runner friendly areas in Paris? I may be moving there soon and I want to look at the cost of renting an apartment in a good area.

Don't know about the good looking bit. Thanks for the advice. Not sure about everyone staying with me, better wait and see if I get the job. At least I have some areas to work on. Thanks again.

I am considering a job offer in Paris and do not really know much about the city. Are there any runners out there who have lived in Paris or the surrounding areas that can recommend some runner friendly areas to live in?

The steepest climb is actually around the 4 mile mark. It is shorter than the ones in Chiltern Ave and London Road, but it is not nice.
