Ant - great running.

carrot - bloody amazing. Well done grill. You're on fire

minni - another run on road to recovery.

Spoons - fantastic 5 miler. A major confidence boost.

Simon - I absolutely take my hat off to you. You've been so dedicated With your training.

i stepped up my cycling yesterday and managed 40 miles with one of the big 3 peaks round here. Can't face them all in 1 ride yet! And my legs were mashed when I got home yesterday. Lots more work to do yet

minni - how's the head?

KFC - I would be happy to finish half way down the field but think that's unlikely!

O4S - only you would cycle to the Pyrenees!!

6x600s this morning on the tready @15.2 kph. How on earth did I manage so many more reps only  a few months ago? I found this really hard  But I suppose building back up slowly is the only way.

2old - nice one entering a sprint tri

ended up going swimming in the lake last night. Managed 2.3k. Not fast in 52 mins but better than nothing and the furthest I've swam this year. And my shoulders know about it today. The good news is it was a balmy 15.1 degrees

KFC - major schedule ahead for you!

ant - great 3k. Just the thought of laps on a track brinGs me out in a rash!

minni - good news.

2old - great that you've managed that distance. Don't rush it.

Rest day for me yesterday and I'm considering an arctic swim again tonight. Considering...!

Good news on the shoulder though. Swimming didn't hurt it andt the soreness is almost gone. Maybe the ice lake helped.
