My 201 won't pick up a signal and I've just about given up. I have stood in the middle of a field for an hour - got a signal moved 2 foot and lost it again! I've contacted Garmin several times but had no joy yet with a response and don't know what to do now. My OH got the garmin from a shop on Ebay that we think is now out of business(surprise surprise!!). Any suggestions would be gratefully received before I throw the darn thing out!
Shades - just wanted to say thanks - it all makes sense and managed 13 miles on Sunday at a 10 min mile pace (ok the last 2 hurt a bit!) but felt really comfortable and am now training myself to slow down! Thanks for the expertise and advice and setting it out in laymens terms!!!
Is anyone doing this/done this at Hamsterley Forest? I am considering it after really enjoying the Fruit Bowl 7 at Gibside which i finished in about 1 hour 15 - would this be way too slow and are the hills as big as Gibside? Can I walk up them if necessary!!?
