Carter the group at the club do two sessions a week. I've decided that I'm going to try and get to one a week after doing both of them last week it felt like I'd be a bit at risk of breaking and I don't really want that. Easing into speedwork and sessions should see me a bit more able to adapt to them. How did you get on with your test run?
A 40 mile week for me last week including two long runs and two sessions (another reason why I might be at risk of breaking). Four weeks left until Nottingham. ET entry closes tomorrow apparently.
