Sounds good anyway.
I know we've said it recently but it really is quiet on here isn't it.
Sounds good GIRO. Is the plan for a holiday with some running or is it a running holiday?
ET I'm planning on doing most of the races in this series www.fiveraces.co.uk and then Nottingham half in September. With parkruns as and when along the way.
I'm also tempted with the Longest Day parkrun (Greater Manchester/Cheshire version) but I'm not sure of the logistics and 35K in one day might be a bit much given that it is only a few weeks away.
There's plenty to come off that PB then when you've got fresh legs. How was the Trunce last night?
How far off your PB was that GIRO?
Eyam is fun. Harder than Buxton as well.
