Evening

emzap I do that  asked one bloke  who was standing by his  bike repeatedly bending down  asked  him if  he was ok. he was  he was just picking snails up which were on the cycle path

Birks Cycling home this morning was lovely sun on my face a few minutes later round the corner  it was bliddy windy not nice

No run today  legs feel a bit heavy and stiff so being sensible

No to lyrics

Evening

TS Finishing work this morning  on me bike I cycled down the road sun on my face thinking this feels great  turn the corner. Holy moly brutal headwind not as nice

Did you hear they had snow in Devon/Cornwall? Yep in May

Columba Sounds like a brutal course you are hardcore

Nothing for me today  being sensible  legs not  cooperating  but  last weeks mileage more than I've done in a long tiime

How much slower should you run even if it was for arguments sake 30 seconds a mile slower would  a 3hr 10 min run  be bad I don't think so.

 

Its important how you feel the next day are you recovered enough to do your next  session I've done over 3hrs in the past and i'm still here.

Daniels suggests 2½ hours others 3 hours. I take it  its for a marathon. Ask yourself what do ultra runners do? Do they stop at 3 hours I imagine sometimes they go longer

Evening

Impey  Great  start and yep parkrun (non serpies) I've only  done 3  and volunteered once but last one was in October  (I think)

Did a  couple of run walks yesterday and today  still on my 4.4 miles minimum did a minute on off today as was exhausted  long day and night yesterday but was on off them a lot better once out

Columba These horses were far too busy  munching grass

Work soon then that's me till Sunday
