Hi everyone.
Never run a step before but will make3 a start on Monday.
Had my gait analysed at a proper running shop and have my Saucony grid omni 5's ready to go.
I'm 45, very recently single again which made me take stock of my life.
I'm not in bad shape as do fair bit of weight training but never ran before.
Wish me luck!!!!

Pro-Form 515
Very good condition.speed, calories, distance etc measured.Has HRM which you put your thunb on whilst running but to be honest I've never understood it.
Got me started and now, 3 stone lighter I have graduated to outside running.
Cost approx £500
Selling for £200, sorry but my crappy Ford Escort means buyer collects

my wife and kids have supported me since i started in august last year.
I have had lots of negative, un-supportive and down right insulting comments from others.

I now can run for 7-8 miles easy and have lost 3 stone so fcuk em!
