First, good luck to anyone and everyone running on Sunday, hopefully the weather will be good to us.
Secondly, I swear that I recently read somehwrere that friends and family should be able to follow our progress online. I presuming this works by picking up our chip every 5k and feeding it into a website.
However I can't find where I read it (that is if I read it at all and didn't just 'imagine' it!!).
If anyone has read the same piece could you post where that was so I can pick up the website address.
Any help will be appreciated (even if that's just to say that no such facility exists and I'm a buffoon!)
If you look back to the beginning of this thread you’ll see that I posted some advice back in October. I’ve come back to the thread to see how you’re getting on.
Congrats to all for getting this far in your training; commiserations to anyone suffering with injury, I sympathise with you because I’ve had Achilles tendonitis pain for weeks.
Just out of sheer curiosity would the first timers amongst you mind posting the time you put on your entry form, and now that you’re at least half way through a schedule the time you now expect to be able to run on the day?
As I said it’s just curiosity and there’s no pressure.
