Well done Daffs, you survived 10k and are a tin of salmon to the good.
Podds, what can.I say? Sounds like the ride from Hull.
Best get the right side of a large glass or two and forget it.
A posh lunch planned then a quick flit to Turkey and Yorkshire via the medium of the cathode ray tube (it's an old telly).
Podds, I'm waiting eagerly for the Giro. I' ve watched the spring classics and currently have the Tour of Turkey and t'Tour de Yorkshire on the go so I'm getting plenty of miles in.
Good luck on your ride tomorrow. I'll be just a bit envious.
How about Angela for the Royal baby?
Glad it went as well as poss. Snails.
Good luck with the head!
No such adventures for me Melds. I did my exercises, dumbbells etc then watched today's stage of The Tour of Turkey followed by the opening stage of The Tour De Yorkshire.
I don.t think any work was done in Yorkshire today looking at the crowds. A superb turn out and the scenery was stunning.
I'm ready for bed.
