RB-can you post dates on here when you're looking to do these tempo runs, I've got no chance of keeping up, but i'd like to try, I've a best of 42.11 for the 10K a couple of years back before injury. I've also got GFA for next year's VLM so that would help.

GBM-of course, if it was your hamstring, we could call you Hamstring Lee (HL) Hmm.

Yes, I think Rob swings both ways.

Was up at 6.30am this morning, went for a run in the hills, it was snow and hailstorm at the top.

SW-I did a 3 day event a few years ago, started at Norden, think first 2-3 miles were up a steep hill to the top of a wind farm, but the next 2 miles were all down hill.

I'm having a few problems with my hotmail e-mail account, if you receive one from me ignore it, not sure if a virus has grabbed some names and is sending a message out, it would seem if someone's sent me a group e-mail with a list of names, it's trying to send them individually back to them.

Daz-in anticipation of you completing the BGR successfully, if you're a first or second claim SH, a shield is awarded, as you're an intricate member of the thread (and a very nice person), it would be a pleasure (and I think, I speak on behalf of everyone), if you were able to receive one, can you advise.

GBM-are you thinking of doing every fell race indicated?

BHB-on the downhill, lean FORWARD slightly from the ankles, soft knees, if you need to slow down-shorten your stride and have a good time.
