J8-is that an athletic coaching badge you're doing, if so what level? it's something I've been thinking of doing but not being down at the track I'd not got round to doing anything about it, think I'd look at the shorter distances if that's possible.
BB-I'm devastated, there I was cheering you on at mile 23,( tried to meet up with Jayne L but couldn't see her) and you didn't even notice, there again none of the others did either. No, I'd had a grizzly back all week but thought I could still do it, got up at 5 am, dressed ready to run, had breakfast but physically I wasn't up to it, so I thought do I walk for 6 hours or watch instead of run, tbh, I'd only started training at the beginning of March, managed 4 very slow 20 milers, two of them within 5 days of one another, came across VL on 2 occasions on Middlewood. I'd put on nearly a stone in weight thankfully it's starting to come off, went for a nice walk in the hills this morning.
