I'm also a DIY disaster area. I can change a light bulb but thats it.

But the upside is the Mrs never asks me to carry out any DIY around the house knowing full well it will break/shatter/fall to pieces within seconds of completion. Happy days!!

10k last night..Swallowed a fly ( or family of) at about halfway so stopped for about 30 seconds to gag..which is always nice..

The final couple of miles were 20 seconds or so p/m faster than i'm used to and felt relatively good at the end.. So that means there's an injury just around the corner!!

5m last night.

No wildlife. No female hockey teams .. All terribly uneventful really.

I have a pair of Isport Monster headphones. The sound is fantastic but i find at the start of a run they stay put but after a while of sweating i have to keep pushing them back in my ears. And i also find the volume switch on the left ear lead keeps getting caught on whatever i'm wearing and the left ear piece keeps falling out which tends to get on my nerves.

Also have a pair of Phillips Nike Aero sports headphones. The sound quality isn't great but they sit snugly over the ears and i rarely have to adjust them during a run.

10k out and back.. 5k out in 24m back in 22m and a few seconds.

Didn't plan on running back so quickly until i tripped over a small dog, swore ( under my breath) at the owner and then legged it home before the guy could drop the lead and beat the crap out of me.
