i damaged my hamstring about 6 months ago while training for the GNR i continued to train like a bad boy and am still suffering with it.I have not run since finishing the GNR and am wondering if any one has done anything similar and can tell me when i can expect to be able to run pain free again.
can anybody give me some advice i have one week till the GNR and i'v tried everything to stop my calfs from cramping. i have stretched them, i have took it easy,i have made sure i'm well hydrated and i have tried additional electrolytes but i still keep getting cramps. It has ruined trying to get a pb at the gnr because i haven't been able to do any more than 45 minutes training any ideas would be greatly received?????
can anyone help i've been running for over two years with hardly any problems but now i seem to be having problems with my knee. The pain is on the out side of my knee and only hurts as soon as i start running and the day after, unfortunatley the longer the run the more it hurts any advice i would be grateful.
Unfortunatley i'm one of those runners that suffers from the runs and after about ten minutes i need the toilet. My question is if i take immodium eg 1 tablet i'm fine, but does any body know if it is safe to keep taking these these tablets on a regular basis or should i find an alternative remedy, any response would be appreciated
