Happy New Year everyone! Here is to a healthy and kind 2015.
Caro - my friend is on a drug similar to this (not sure if it is the same drug). She's having to pay for it privately though as NHS won't fund it (??5K a year). Her consultant recommended it to her as her cancer is exactly the type it significantly reduces the occurrence of. She's getting monthly injections at moment to suppress ovaries and is seriously considering having ovaries removed entirely (her line is 'if I have them removed its one less type of cancer I could get')
Off to an outdoor interval session with EF tonight - our NY resolution is to go at least once a month. I don't think it is going to be pretty
Not read back fully but wanted to come on to say thinking of you both Camio and TB. ((( )))
TB - have no wise words other than hang in there if its what you want. Does sound like a mid-life crisis though but if you can both work through all these issues together then hopefully you will come out the other side stronger.
CM - standard University happening for the network to fall over on the first day of week 1 of the new term! Our IT folk managed to have a situation in freshers week where new students could send email but they couldn't receive any emails from University staff. Took them 3 days to resolve, hmmm! Sounds like you might manage a fix in far less time though
