Unfortunately you are describing a load of things that are not only a complete waste of money, but can also give you gut problems and more. Fructose is not good for us - it is costly for the body to metabolise, produces significantly more toxins as a result of metabolisation than you would think (including raising your blood triglyceride level) which take longer to excrete.
But it is CHEAP and very SWEET, so is included in everything.
The real down side is that if you eat a lot of it at once, then a lot of that can fail to be digested, passing through the small intestine into the large intestine, where the bacteria there gobble it up hungrily and proliferate, and produce lots of gas... which gives the inevitable, often together with intestinal cramps, and lots of toxins that you have to void, which costs you in recovery.
And unfortunately, more of us that you would think suffer from this, but there is no money in it, the opposite actually because the food companies like it because its CHEAP and SWEET.
ALTERNATIVE - SIMPLES - GLUCOSE - THE THING THAT CELLS LOVE AND WHAT OUR BODIES EVOLVED TO RUN ON. Which is much cheaper than all those fashionable supplements too.
