Hello all,
long time since I stopped by, i must confess things have gone ok but not great over the last few months, missed 3 weeks due to bugs, tiredness related to Junior teething.

got back running but changed my 1150 asics back to my usual 21 series as i had clocked up 300 miles in the 1150's and 2 runs in with my new more sturdy and supportive models i have got achilles problems,
anyone else out there has similar trouble, my last 6 pairs have all been 21 series until I got the 11'series which brought my fastest 10k ever, perhaps silly to have gone back ?

any news anyone ??

Hi Saffers and All,
hope you had a great day at VLM, just popped in to the Forum to say 2010 is still my most fruitful in terms of mileage and I am far from an obsessive running type but have managed 20 miles a week average so far,

helped having a PB at wakefield 10 K after years of trying to beat 50 mins !!!! I am 44 later this year so feel quite chuffed at every week getting the 20 done, normally over 3 runs so I can be around to help Mummy with Junior !

what have you others been doing over the Spring ??

be nice to hear about it

Hi Anybody,
especially those who have posted on here or have been involved in other forums and been in touch.

my thoughts are with you wonderful people, particularly those taking in on the best 26.2 miles in the world, 2006 FLM was my most rewarding run ever, hope you enjoy the same euphoria.

last week got back to running after a lads v dads football match rendered me injured the week prior -I am too old to do what I used too without consequences,

I am still going so look forward to hearing from anyone especially post VLM
