Well done everyone today that raced IMUK, and those still racing.

     I have been out on the bike with 18 others from RacingTNT today and it was a great training session.

Two groups with a stop off to watch the hill race at Monsal Head.

You can find out which session you would like to attend by looking at the training planner which covers the next 6-8 weeks !!!!! easy

Hi All ,  Cold but a good event again. That mud on the trail section was well...... muddy

Anyone know where we can find out our times + any picies ?

That cuppa at the end was needed.

Finally got this ( my home ) Half Marathon as my PB after 5 years of trying .

I shall be there as always, great event / race.

A good Half to start the year off , done it twice in the last 3 years and really enjoyed it, ( can be cold )

Seems to set me up nicely for the coming year, see you all there.
