I have narrowed down the sunglasses I want but how to choose the lenses?

I have started to run in glasses all the time, as I always seem to run into the only fly or dust around, so need to cover everything from low light to bright sunshine, but what colour is best for what?

Any help/advice would be very welcome. Thanks

Thanks all - diff in leg length about half an inch, and it does give me pain switching from bike to the run. Or is it my excuse for being a crap runner? !

Different crank length sounds logical, I'll investigate
