Watched our local Borders race one from the sidelines on Sunday, was good to see people running and as this year has been such a disaster, it gives you the kick that you need... now I need to watch Coe and Ovett as well, and I'll be sorted.

First proper run for months tonight... 7.36 mile, felt crap, but hey, it's done

Cheers Pug

P.S. I'm always up for the latest Marathon list, be good to catch up on where people are at?

WB - Nice one and nice time, looking nice to run them times now, gives you plenty of time to get in 3 hour shape

As for me, well, tonight was my first proper run in a feww months, 7.36 mile done and dusted and the back is fine, so, training now starts... 5 weeks of prep, then 16 weeks of total battering it... this could be my final marathon for a few years... so need to go out with a bang...

Cheers Pug
