No, there are some small lumps, but nothing to worry about, just one real climb which you will only really notice on the second lap. Just remember, whatever you climb you will have the benefit of the decline.
IOM is not that hilly, there is one hill but not a long climb.
It's probably not a PB course, but there are far harder out there.
Good job I ran 3:19 this year (2016) then at Manchester
It's also a long drag back along the Mersey to the finish (normally into a head wind). But otherwise a good race.
