Landed back in wet, snowy UK. What a con trast to Rotterdam.just under 3.20 5 min slower than i would have liked but never seem to be able to do last 10k in under 50min,but still enjoyed run, Toronto Waterfront marathon in sept perhaps i'ii find that elusive 5 min there, need a bit of speedwork. HOPE EVERYONE ELSE HAD A GOOD RUN & ENJOYED ROTTERDAM.

Hello Rotterdamers lovely day for training out there, perfect running weather,
Sorry to hear of your injury WP hope all goes well on road to recovery.
Gloucester 20 for me today, slow start sore back but eased after about 4 miles, so pleased with 2.31.
Gook Luck everyone in Rotterdam, have a good final months training.
