| Energy Drinks? Was that the lemon squash? No goody bag or fruit for me either but then it did take me quite a while to reach the finish ;-) |

It's my first time at this one. Got my number last weekend, but then they cashed my cheque a month ago! If you don't get your number apparently you can collect it on the day. See you there, if you, like me, are somewhere near the back |

I have the Enell bra and can recommend it (I'm 34E and have size 2!). Make sure it's tight enough though. I have 2 in the same size but they fit slightly differently so one of them is only suitable for low impact work, not running. |

| Well done Diane, great first effort. I wasn't wearing my soppy hat, thought it would blow away, ha ha. Have you seen the results on the web site already. You weren't that far behind me, I was 32nd in F40 and Dad was 22nd in M60. Sounds better that way than 815th and 831st!! Maybe you can have a go at the Bushey Quarter Marathon in July? Definitely a fun run and definitely not flat! |

Dad and I were both well pleased with our big pb's to crack the hour for the 1st time despite the wind and, for us novices, it's not flat! I saw you Mick and Phil going past me at great speed. You looked like you were having a great time. Diane, how did you get on? |
