Which marathon is Mrs A doing Paul?  My hubby did his first last year for his 50th in Nashville - it was a rock n roll marathon (They have their first in Ireland next year - lots of fun:  good music and swag and huge party afterwards) He is meant to be running his second this year, but has been so ill, training not going so well.  WE are doing the Flying Pig (Cincinatti). You still not tempted to do an ultra Paul? We have the Cleveland marathon, but not sure that its the best Ohio Marathon - there are so many to  choose from, will be nice if you do decide to do Cleveland to see you, but  its boring..... Lance Armstrong seems to be doing well on his return to Triathlon - he managed an excellent half marathon time, did you see his results?

Hello guys....now now dont slam dunk on the deck...was reading some reviews on shoes (need a good pair of trail shoes for mud - what better place to look than the UK haha....) and realised that I was logged into the forum and thought Id pop in for some ideal chatter.  How are you all?

Maddy what's the poverty diet? Usually if there is food and people are poor they are overweight as bad food ie fatty foods, starches and often take aways are cheaper than fresh veg and healthy food etc - so what are you doing? Did you want to loose the weight???
