Good luck Londoners.
VL, are you going for sub 2.40?I thought a sub 2.50 would be OMOCs goal from clocking 60-80miles a week and his recent race times. A sub 2.45 is doable although I wouldn't like to be his legs in the last 6 miles.
Anyone doing it as a training run?
What's happened to PPP?
BT, that was a massive group in front of you. At 18 miles I was hopefull you'd hang in till the end as it usually goes tits up before then.
Well pleased for you and great effort, it had to come eventually and nearly a minute spare is an even better result.
2.55 has to be you next target.
I'm away skiing from tomorrow for 5 days, so can't do Grindleford which is another, hiccup in my training plan.
Tough luck J8, you've been pretty lucky over the years (apart from the back). I am now fully recovered
It was on twitter, think Steve vernon retweeted it.
