8am for me is good, but can't do this Sunday as I may be doing a Duathlon. Build up looks ideal though and won't take too long to start with.
TBH, Staurdays are the best option as I tend to ride on a Sunday as the roads aren't as busy. Plus, doing a long run after a bike is horrendously tough.
But can swap as suits when I'm not getting a ride in, or the weather is sh*t.
PS. I must be reasonably fit as I managed a 10.09 3km track TT last night which is a PB, without much track work?
PPP, VLM campaign sounds interesting, we should hook up for some long runs. I;m just starting to get 12+ milers in so want to keep the momentum going.
BHB, no where near that mileage so can't help.
I obviously didn't try hard enough as I felt fine and last nights run had no niggles at all.
I really fancy doing the next one but hadn't realised it's the day before Stockport 10!!So may have to give one a miss.
Cheers Bob, they're brilliant.
I actually enjoyed it today, even though I hate hills, mud and running on grass.
And a last minute decision to run to get some panick training in for Stockport 10.
My 8mm spikes were useless on the hills I needed those 15mm bad boys. We could have done with PPP, Eric and GBM to Wilmslow though, or we should av run quicker.
