BHB, I'd up for a few tempo sessions, all depends on time of day though, as you and PPP tend to finish a lot earlier than me.

I'm away over half term too.

BHB, that's 1 sec faster than the time i did there a couple of years ago. Great run. But 15.35 for a V50 that's ridiculous.

I thought Bupa was on this Sunday, duhh. I may take it off you hands even though I'm not expecting a PB whatsover.

I don't think he is doing trialthlons. He knows the coach so thought he'd pop along, there's a couple of other fast runners who nearly stayed with him (well, for 2-3 reps).

I'm tempted BHB, but I'm out Saturday night so not the best prep for a 10k.

Had half decent race last weekend, 23/593 and 2nd in Age group. Swim was as expected... slowish, bike was half decent and run was a little slower than hoped averaged 6.09 for 6.3k, it wasn't flat and had to go up and over 2 flights of steps.

Ni... was doing 6x1k's last night and some guy from the Tri club ask this new runner do you do much running (I sort of recognised him)? We started the reps and he dissappears into the distance. Ben Fish.

I wouldn't class 12 deg as Summer though, it's going to be a whopping 15 tomorrow!
