The shoe size depends on you personally....I always run in female shoes and they are two size bigger than my normal shoes...or a size and a half bigger if I buy men's....
My feet swell quickly if running....but I also wear quite thick thorlos socks....which I wouldn't run without...
My shoes fee loose when I walk around normally in but never when running...
So I would say buy good socks and then trial and error....
Out of interest what did you run in before and why did you change them if they have never caused you problems
19th to 24 th for me......will not get there till latish on the Thursday so will be a rush to get the bike together and register on the Friday
but on a positive note I did a park run today
Anyone know if there are height barriers at the car park...I can't remember
Good luck..I will be there...
Ryanair are looking after mine as well....cost more than the flight do should be sitting safley on the seat next to me...
