Just back from boot camp, aching already and feel slightly sick!

Well done on your weight loss Yvonne. Very impressive

Off to see Dirty Dancing tomorrow with a friend. Really looking forward to it

Evening

Great time CW

Hi Susie. We've had sats here too

Great you've got the car sorted Dee

v busy week here so just did my LSR today - 6.3m. Should have done a bit more but ran out of time. Then a lovely afternoon with friends

My running coach is doing a deal on some personalised training plans starting from a week on Monday. Basicaly if you go to a club session each week for £3 you get it for free. So going to give it a try. It will take me up til when we go on hol in August so will be interesting to see if it can speed me up.

I intermittently use myfitnesspal and find it v helpful

have a great expedition Mel

Ran with a friend last night. Supposed to be 4 mile tempo but she was struggling so ended up being easy pace. never mind.

Bit of a busy week so not sure when I fit rest of training in. got to miss running club tonight as Mr SS has gone out

Great photo B&T

Sorry can't help with stitch advice as luckily don't get them

How annoying Mel

Easy run turned into tempo this eve as the 2 ladies I went with were faster than me! so 3.6m at 10.12mm. At least it's done for this week so I can just do an easy one on Sunday now

Friend and her kids coming for the weekend so won't be parkrunning. Forecast grim so not sure what we're going to do to keep the kids entertained
