Ah! Ponsy warm pool tri's! ;--) This (fool) hardy Scotswoman has entered two open water tri's - Oh must remember to put ice - pick on the shopping list!
Was a bit too enthusiastic on the run yesterday. My head still thinks we can go for a nice 10 mile run whilst my bod completely disagrees. Think that's the hardest about getting back into it. Never mind, swimming lessons today.
I love my VFF, first time ever I've run with no excruciating knee pain (and avoided surgery). Could the 'slip' that you felt be a sign of needing to tighten up the core muscles? Get up on the balls of your feet a bit more? Just suggestions :--D
Thinking of Avanti Giro 1 (2016), Alloy/Carbon, Shimano 16 Speed Claris gears, as my first trusted stead!. Think I've also found the right wetsuit, goggles, shoes, clips, helmet, tri-suit and running shoes (think my Vibrams are a no go).
Hope I've got enough cash left for the friggin' entry fee!!! Who was it who said you can do triathlons or just stand under a freezing cold shower and rip up tenners??? lol
