Interesting Dex - your time is almost exactly the same as mine on my Garmin :-) - see you there again then! Benny - they are fantastic never used to know how far I had run, hr etc since getting this my running has improved no end.

Its a lovely course that is in the main down hill - or feels like its down hill. There is a nice little undulation at about 7k that you need to save a bit for other than that I echo the others in that this is my favourite 10k course DW

To add a point I thought that the sub 50 sub 40 and 30 markers were a bit misleading!

John - 53 to sub 50 is not a great deal of difference less than 20 secs per k which is not a lot at all. Suggest running a few longer races at 53 min pace as I founf this helped to push me sub 50..

Hey all - enjoyed this one all the way round and despite getting cramp whilst running up the hill managed a tad over 46 so am well happy. Looks like I'll be trying to break the 45 barrier with here's johnny.
