I always prefer to steam rice. Takes a bit longer but tastes much better and a nicer texture. Just a bit of water in the rice in a bowl and steam for about 20 mins. Perfect every time. Soak the rice first and its even better but not sure why.

I ran a mile continuous today. After 2 1000m repeats. I'll take that.

Yeh! 1000m run/200m walk; 1000m run/300m walk; 1600m run/slow 400m walk home to flump.
Pace: Not much more than walking pace
Effort: More than twice that of walking pace lol.
First goal of running a mile non-stop: Big tick.
