Very interested in this as our application to UKA has just been declined!!! - the reasons they provided are incorrect!! worse still it has taken 14 weeks to advise us and there service level is supposed to be 8 weeks to decide
We are going to ask them to review there decission - but they do not have an appeals process and are going to work one out!
Anyway I have done a comparrison but would welcome any advice - ARC seems to be a good - possibly better and cheaper alternative
