Agh.  So did my morning and a bit of work (was meant to work 3.75 hours for one company and finish off some work for another).  Then sat down to let lunch go down before my run...4 hours later, I wake up...no time to run now before going out.  Oops!

Hey, I do actually work when working from home!!!  I just gain 2 hours from not needing to commute, so use them to run in

Morning

What: hopefully a short run
Why: working today and racing Sunday so just a leg turner.  Working at home though, so gain 2 hours of commuting back
Last hard: trying to work out how to enter this race on Sunday!

Blisters did you mean 20 miles or 20 mins!
LMH yes for some reason was really busy work-wise this week.  I do actually enjoy my job when I'm busy, but it's a bit of a shock to the system!

Sun seems to be peaking though, doubt it'll last long though!

What: 20-30 mins spinning
Why: leaving work late again tonight, so all I have time for
Last hard: being at work so long 2 days in a row!

LMH some good training going on there
OH hope kayaking & Elspeth's half go well

Apparently it's snowing near here today...2C this morning.  Apparently it's the end of May, who'd have thought!

Good training LMH

Nothing for me.  Worked 7:10-18:10 with no break for lunch so knackered.  Also, would have been a rush to get to pilates, and my mind is too broken for a class auf Deutsch.

Did do my 1st piece of real translation today though (as in something that legally matters).  Feeling chuffed
