AF I hope you are feeling as ok as you can at this difficult time, thoughts are with you. OH hope you get down to see your Dad ok, the weather does not sound good Wabo good news about Giselle Dibs sounds like you need a well earned rest Dustin glad to hear the knee has no obvious damage
What: rest again Why: no time Last hard: the physio yesterday Lyrics: yes!! Got yesterday's too, but couldn't get on to post.
Physio says my knee is also tight muscles and tendons and nothing to worry about. My other leg, that was affected in the accident, is still, however a mystery.
Appointment with the lawyer went well, apparently I have nothing to worry about. A witness said that if I hadn't taken the action I had and swerved, there would definitely have been a collision. Therefore, there's no way this guy can get out of paying, however hard his insurance company tries.
Well done to everyone who's completed the challenge!
I'm now up to 700 km, which, with my newly revised post accident target of 1007, leaves me 307 km to go.
With 51 days in the year, and me being able to run a little further week by week, this may be possible, but it's not looking too promising! I'll keep plodding on and see how far I can get, there's always next year
