Chick wow. Aren't you covered by einstempel and ausstempel laws where you can only work 10 hours a day max and average of 8 hours a day over 6 months (it's Germany, there are rules...). Also BGL is 10th June weekend.
Wabo oh no. Hope someone saw and you get the details.
I have a while until retirement...
What: 30 min easy Why: easy day Last hard: the foam rolling after Lyrics: nope
Sorry I have been a bit rubbish at posting recently, so going to try and catch up now.
WP sounds like good progress on the knee front. Hope it keeps improving
Don hope Aviemore was fun
Chick, nice pics! By the way, did you think anymore about doing the Brueder Grimm Lauf? Am debating it this year as hoping to do the Saxon Shore Relay the weekend after and not sure if my legs will cope...
OL Congratualtions on your new PB, that's impressive!
LMH which ultra are you doing?
Sounds like you had a miserable day of weather in the UK yesterday.
So this week, after my Wednesday intervals, I did yoga on Thursday, hill session on Friday (10 min warm up, then a lamppost pyramid up the hill for 30 min, got to 9 lampposts before I had to start working my way down again. Ended with 10 min cool down. Yesterday did 3 hours of gardening (we had much nicer weather here!).
What: cake baking (gluten free, LMH I recommend it), 15 km run, then 1.5 hours of the weirdest yoga experience ever (there was live music and people were singing along, not my thing and actually felt quite uncomfortable). Why: one needs cake in life, long run of the week and a friend persuaded me... Last hard: not walking out of the yoga Lyrics: nope
Trip to Down Under slowly taking shape...should actually book the New Zealand leg, it's not too long now!
