Lol! I probably am looking at around 40 mins, aim low and any better than that I'll be well chuffed! I've got a mini trampoline so might use that between runs just to condition muscles and tendons. I do get sore achilles occasionally. ..mainly due to horsey activities (I've had my feet trampled on on more than one occasion! )
Well done! Where is your parkrun? Mines pontefract racecourse although I'm sure I'll be wishing I was on 4 legs and not 2! Lol! I'm going to go for it, at least it will give me an official time and I can try to get faster! Xx
I've just got back from my run and have managed a 2.59 mile run! It was run with a bit of walk but I get to a point where my lungs feel like they are going to burst so I have to walk lol! I took my old dog for a little walk and even clocked that at 1 mile! Soooo I'm tempted to do my first Parkrun on Saturday ???? even have laminated my barcode!
