how did every one do at the hillsborough park run ? I did 24.20 was a nice route I thought nice work runningowl  didn't bump into any of the other guys as I shot off to go out on the bike ,boy I'm not as fit as I would like to think , the hills killed me today and by the end I was cold and miserable ( nothing new there ) 33.25 miles in the end but felt like 60

thanks for the replies so far and now to give you a bit more info about myself , I have run with a club for the last 7 years and done loads of 10ks at least 10 half marathons and 2 full marathons , I'm not the fastest thing on two legs  more middle of the pack , Last year I got back into cycling and from there I decided two do a few sprint tries loved them and now I'm hooked so wanted to set myself a challenge
