im looking at doing this half marathon, have got a place in the flora london marathon so this one would be a good one to do, any advice as i have never run this far before, but i have been running for about eight months.
Hi uou lot ,live in chelmsford been running 6 months and want to by a good pair of trainers, where is a good shop for fitting wher you can find out how you run and what shoes suit you etc.
