great run despite the weather, that wind was a killer..nice wet feet and trainers now. Got a pb of 56.54 wihc is 11 mins quicker than my last 10k so well pleased.
can u try and ensure that it is not raining or too windy on the day please B Bird, dont fancy taking a wrong turn and ending up climbing the hill towards Barbury castle!!
