It's a runners world 17 week marathon training plan I'm following ! i have done long runs on correct weeks and this week another 20 mile then next week 22 then taper down ! I'm not that experienced but have done 5 marathons and been running regular since 2006 . So in a dilemma ! Flipping work !!!!!
I did 20 mile run last Sunday and was doing 20 again this Sunday but due to work I am unable to go sat sun or Monday so would going tomorrow be ok or best to leave it until Tuesday . Rather than a week in between long run it's only been 4 days . Help please !
I did 20 mile run last Sunday but due to working sat sun and Monday daytime was thinking of doing 20 mile again Friday morning so its after 4 days as I usually wait a full week between long runs . Other than that have to go next Tuesday . Hell please .
