I came onto the site to read about weight loss. As I have gone from near sedentary to running 4-5 times per week and have not lost a thing in over 2 months. Whilst I appreciate that muscle is more than fat I am female, 13st, and 5ft 6ins. If all this fat turns to muscle I will look a sorry sight! Also can't be doing my knees any good. I eat cereal for brekkie, lunch is soup or baked spud type thing and dinner is chicken/veg etc. Not a lot of alcohol...maybe wine at weekends.Will someone inspire me it is getting me down and my tummy seems to be getting biggger as well .....and before anyone asks NO I am not!! I want to be 10/10.5 stone. I am never going to be 9 stone again but surely I should be losing some weight.
I was rejected but now have a Golden Bond place. Have dusted down the shoes and have been out 3 times this week. Doing on average 30mins a time. Going to try a 45mins-1 hour on Sunday. Just applied for the Fleet Half Marathon.Feel inspired but WHEN WILL I GET THIN??????
