Hi all,
Happy Friday !!
PHEWww what a week, it's been bonkers here!!
JB - Hope it went well???? and sorry to hear about your knee :0(
Managed to get some food shopping done last night as the dog was getting sick of scrambled eggs and tuna, poor thing.
Off to the gym tonight for a speed session as I'm well and truely back on form and pleasantly suprised at my performances, not too bad. Although 13.5 miles seems a little way off yet but taking it slowly and hope to do a great LSR next weekend as I'm off to a party this weekend and parents have agreed to pooch sit for me.
Am planning 6 x 5mins Flat out and 3 min jog recovery. I love speed sessions on the treadie as it breaks up the boredom and the time just zooms by, I'll follow this with 10 mins bike, 10 mins xtrain and some serious sit ups !!
What's happening for everyone else tonight?
Right off home to take pooch out and put washing on, am hoping to escape early today.
Have a great weekend all!!
See you on Monday .:0) |

Hi all.
HAPPY NEW YEAR and hope you all had a lovely christmas.
Great to see you are all being soooo good and keeping active.
I managed a 30 min hill run last night and just took it steady as had total rest over xmas (appart from pooch walking). Am hitting the gym tonight after watching Worlds strongest man last night ahve decided to try and pump some iron and improve my upper body strength too, not that I'm going to be dragging a car oround silverstone or anything just kind of inspired me that's all.
Sorry I didn't have chance to catch you all yesterday but I have bloomin loads to do. It's the huge downside of a holiday - the catch up!!!! EEEKKK !!!
Better dash, great to be back and catch you later.
Happy New year....Kisses to you all :0) |
