Podds well done on those hills I would have got off and walked for sure
I know how you feel Chuggs sometimes I seem to spend days working my way trhough massive piles of washing that never diminish!
reading back I was just thinking of a nursing home for WAIsters - people with dementia go back times and things that were a happy part of their lives, my mum is always fretting over babies and talking about her parents. There would be me and Spence racing the corridoors in lycra, FP rowing an imaginary canoe, Noggs and Podds on tricycles, Meldy and Tubbs riding horsey-broomsticks, DL scanning train timetables..........
FP fab that you are maintaining your weight so many people pile it back on - that's how clubs can be so good
(((Coco))) oh dear you do seem to be struggling to get your health back on track
I use my name too. I was with my Mum on Sunday and she suddenly said "where is Jenny Loo-loo" that's the young me but its not so upsetting these days in fact it was nice to hear her say it
didn't manage a run this morning cos needed to be in early - hopefully can sneak out at a reasonable time. My colleague should be back tomorrow - she just lost her MIL at only 48! same age as me - rather sobering thought!
