Has decided to enter the madness as part of my build up to Three2go Lea Valley Trail Marathon. I will be there with th ewife who as ever will be at least 10 minutes faster than me.

At least she will be able to make me a cup of coffee whilst i am milking the applause of my finish.

I look forward to seeing you all there!!!!!
