I haven't read back so I hope everyone is OK today. I am just popping in to say that Em has now taken on the lists so if you need anything added please let her know.
For reasons totally unconnected to running and INSPIRE, I am taking a break from the thread for a few weeks. I will miss you all very much but need to focus all my concentration on some very important issues for the time being.
I am hoping to continue with my running and to still do the 5k in February. If I am not able to do the 5k I will still be there to cheer everyone on that is.

Can anyone tell me what colour numbers the celebrities were wearing at the GNR ... or were they all different? Thought I might trawl through my piccies and see if I can pick any out.
I dread to think how you runners must feel. I can hardly walk today and all I did was stand and watch!! Tis the long drive home that got me I think ... nice comfy air travel next year :-)
