LMH I wouldn't go back to what I was doing. The only downside is the lack of running though things at home are getting more complicated as the mini pp's are getting older. May be I'll have to settle to life as a fun runner for a couple of years!
Birks wait buntil December when the mail centers go mental!
LMH it is really great hearing your progress, just don't push things too hard!
Made it to club last Thursday and managed to keep up (just) with the fast group. The next few weeks look a bit tricky training wise but aweeks management course away from home could provide some useful run time.
So nglad to start seeing some progress LMH all be it small sloiw gains. As the Raconteurs sing "steady as she goes".
So you wait 7 weeks with nothing in the offing then you get two days running turning up at once! Still struggling to find time between the family and work to go running. So after a couple of DNS's and half a stone heavier I'm trying to get backmnin the game while at the family is away for half term.
