Hello

Is it Wednesday already? On Monday I went to Cardiff, I was there yesterday and now I am in Norwich. I shall be ending my week in Ipswich. I will be at home on Friday evening before we go away for a long weeknd - I'd really like to see my own bed for a change!

Woooooooooooooo Hooooooooooooo Retired Dragon Lady - what is a retired dragon? A lizard? Your long weekend is going to be really long. Happy to swap if you ever get bored.

Super speedy Yumms - amazing what you can maage when you have a personal trainer to impress. has she made you lunge yet?

Hoorah Coco - let's hope the pain free running continues - I've never managed it but I find it's more a pain in the arris.

Daffs and the pooch - oh, I am so looking forward to the next two weeks (snigger)

Good to see Oskar has his own glamour photo

Shall sign the petition Chuggy - we are becoming more like the USA very day - and that's a big concern. When  justice costs there's something very rotten in society

(((((for the sickly and lurgified))))))

Snaily - drove through Stoke the other day and thought of you. The signposts to the cultural quarter always intrigue me.

Can anyone think of a good reason why I should unpack my neatly folded and clean running kit just to make it stinky and dirty?

Happy is it really Wednesday already - really?!

Morning

woooo hooooooandfalderees to the runners and racers. Daffers- could you please stop with the impressive progress now, you're making us truly lazy  people look bad.

(((((((Pippi and XB))))))) proof indeed that running is bad for you. Hope things are returning to normal for you (when I say normal, it's obviously with a pinch of salt)

hoorah to for HL who appears to be back to fighting fitness.

((((((Cush)))))

(((((coco)))))

Intended to go for a run this morning
