Good for you Hope. Rest is always the best thing - you'll be twice as effective when you go back but it is really hard to make the decision to stay home so good for you.
Sorry to hear about all these broken chesty bits - sounds ouch.
Speaking of ouch - the physio recommended lots of painful massage on the old pf, and agreed to send me off for some ultrasound. Other than that it's all about the golf ball and stretching - which I was doing already.
